Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill is the result of a shared dream by Carlos Manzano and Santos Garcia. The founders of Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill have been molding their vision with hard work and endless dedication for the last two years; they have built their dream with guests of all ages as a top priority. Our restaurant is a moderately priced, casual theme style establishment serving authentic Southwestern cuisine located in Cedar Park, Texas.

 

Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill features a main dining area and a full service bar with great variety of local and international wine and beer, as well as mixed alcoholic beverages. Our beautiful tree covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors with one of our house margaritas. Guests can reserve our private room with capacity for 60 people for parties or business meetings.

 

Meet our Management Team

Managing Partner/Owner – Carlos Manzano
Carlos Manzano has enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Mr. Manzano began his career at a very popular, local Southwestern Restaurant in North Austin as a line cook. Since then he has excelled in the industry, becoming the executive chef at the restaurant in 1999. During the last 12 years, Mr. Manzano helped develop new dishes and recipes, he participated in multiple training sessions aimed to improve restaurant service in general and won multiple company awards for his excellent performance. Mr. Manzano will oversee the day to day operations of Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill and will be actively involved with front of the house management/staff as a General Manager.

 

Managing Partner/Owner – Santos Garcia
Santos Garcia Has had a successful culinary career for over 20 years. Mr. Garcia began his employment at a very popular, local Southwestern Restaurant in Austin back in 1992. He worked his way up to become the Executive Chef for the restaurant located on Sixth Street in South Austin. During his time at the restaurant, Mr. Garcia was always one of the top chefs of the company; he helped train new management staff, participated in multiple training sessions aimed to improve restaurant service in general and won multiple company awards. At Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, Mr. Garcia will be actively involved in training and supervision back of the house management/staff as the Executive Chef.
