Carlos Manzano has enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Mr. Manzano began his career at a very popular, local Southwestern Restaurant in North Austin as a line cook. Since then he has excelled in the industry, becoming the executive chef at the restaurant in 1999. During the last 12 years, Mr. Manzano helped develop new dishes and recipes, he participated in multiple training sessions aimed to improve restaurant service in general and won multiple company awards for his excellent performance. Mr. Manzano oversees the day to day operations of Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill and is actively involved with front of the house management/staff.
