Santos Garcia Has had a successful culinary career for over 20 years. Mr. Garcia began his employment at a very popular, local Southwestern Restaurant in Austin back in 1992. He worked his way up to become the Executive Chef for the restaurant located on Sixth Street in South Austin. During his time at the restaurant, Mr. Garcia was always one of the top chefs of the company; he helped train new management staff, participated in multiple training sessions aimed to improve restaurant service in general and won multiple company awards. At Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, Mr. Garcia is actively involved in training and supervision back of the house management/staff as the Executive Chef.
